Each ring is cut on a lathe. It is carefully beveled and sized. Then it is de-burred, cleaned up and polished. After polishing, they're cleaned using a hypersonic cleaner. Finally they're ready for anodizing. After anodizing they are cleaned, packaged and shipped out.
