Renowned industrial designer Karim Rashid set out to design something stylish and meaningful. The soundwave-inspired image that he has adapted for LeapSonic complements any decor while deploying the next generation of meaningful technology in portable sound, converting surfaces into speakers.

LeapSonic's smart metal drive attaches to any resonant material. Mirrors, glass doors, and windows offer a wide expanse of sound dispersement. Wood offers the rich sound of speaker cabinets. Functioning through a rare earth smart metal magnet that causes the attached surface to vibrate gently, it augments the richness of a portable speaker. Or, use it as a stand-alone sound unit anywhere.
